1. 卓越的设计能力
• 具备突出的美学敏感度、空间想象力与形式创新能力。
• 能够独立开展设计研究，并在指导下完成从概念草图到建模与视觉化的系统性设计工作。
• 理解与包容性强，后续能融入ZHA设计理念与设计哲学。
2. 精湛的建模与数字化能力
• 精通 Maya, Rhinoceros 3D 及 Grasshopper，能够高效完成复杂曲面建模与参数化逻辑构建。
• 掌握至少一种渲染引擎（如 Enscape、D5），及后期处理软件（如 Adobe Creative Suite）产出具有表现力的视觉作品。
3. 专业背景与素质
• 具备出色的沟通能力、良好逻辑思维、团队协作精神及多任务处理能力。
• 作品集需清晰展示个人在设计与建模方面的综合实力与思考过程。
• 普通话与英语流利，能在国际化团队中高效工作。
O Two Architectural Assistants / Designers
1. Outstanding Design Capabilities
• Possess exceptional aesthetic sensitivity, spatial imagination, and formal innovation skills.
• Capable of independently conducting design research and completing systematic design work—from conceptual sketches to modeling and visualization—under guidance.
• Demonstrate strong comprehension and adaptability, with the ability to integrate into ZHA’s design philosophy and approach.
2. Advanced Modeling and Digital Skills
• Proficient in Maya, Rhinoceros 3D, and Grasshopper, with the ability to efficiently execute complex surface modeling and parametric logic development.
• Skilled in at least one rendering engine (e.g., Enscape, D5) and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce compelling visual work.
3. Professional Background and Competencies
• Possess excellent communication skills, strong logical thinking, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Portfolio must clearly demonstrate comprehensive design and modeling abilities, along with a thoughtful design process.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, capable of working efficiently within an international team.
